Калипсо е улично коте, което забелязахме близо до контейнерите за боклук. Предполагам търсещо храна се озова в тази част на града. Чуваше се от далеч тъй като не спираше да плаче. В началото бе доста изплашено и не успяхме да я накараме да хапне или пийне нещичко, но в същия ден не много по-късно отново чух същия плач от терасата. Неочаквано и някак си бе намерило път до блока в който се намираме и се беше скрило под колата ни. Криеше се от две дечица които разбира се му се радваха, но и плашиха. Веднага щом стигнах до колата, клекнах и в същата секунда сякаш то се почувства по-сигурно в себе си и се намуши в краката ми. Адски дружелюбно, мило и енергично и много разговорливо на моменти. Това е историята на Кали, невероятно животно, но без дом.
Нахранено и напоено, по-хубаво от всякога, търси своят дом. Осъзнавам че не е единственото коте на света което се нуждае от това, но го заслужава не по-малко от всяко друго животинче на улицата. Calypso is a street kitten we noticed near the trash containers. I suppose in the search for food it was in this part of town. You could hear it from afar as she kept on crying. At first she was quite frightened and we could not make it eat or drink, but the same day i heard again the same voice from the balcony again. Unexpectedly and somehow it found a way to the block where we are and was hidding under our car. She was hiding from two children who, of course, just wanted to play and pet her, but it was scared. As soon as I got to the car, I squatted, and in the same moment the kitten seemed to feel safer, believed in herself and went under my feet. Amazingly friendly, kind and energetic and very conversational at times. This is the story of Cali, an incredible animal, but without a home.
She eats and has water, better than ever, looking for her home. I realize shes not the only kitten in the world who needs this, but she deserves it non the less than any other animal on the street. Inesperadamente y de alguna manera encontró un camino hasta el bloque dónde estamos y se escondió debajo de nuestro coche.Se escondía de dos niños que, por supuesto, sólo querían jugar con ella y acariciarla, pero estaba asustada. Tan pronto como llegué al coche, me agaché, y en el mismo momento la gatita parecía sentirse más segura, creía en sí misma y se puso bajo mis pies.
